Overview

We want you to love your celebration items and shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or sourced from multiple partners, our return policy varies depending on the item type.

🎀 Standard Items (Non-Custom Products)

For eligible non-custom products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit.

✨ Personalized / Made-to-Order Items (Print-on-Demand)

Items that are customized, personalized, or made specifically for your order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Personalized decorations or signage

  • Custom apparel or printed items

  • Made-to-order wedding or celebration accessories

  • Any item with custom text, names, dates, or designs

These items are created specifically for your event and cannot be restocked.

🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund or store credit (based on availability)

We may request a photo for verification.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, simply place a new order and return the original (if eligible).

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is our error

💳 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Store credit is typically issued faster

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on product page

  • Items returned after 14 days
